I. PlagueCon

C. We need help getting flyers into stores. Let Kevin (or the list) know if you’re interested in helping with that!
D. We need events. Contact Rob or the list if you have one or need some more info about this.
E. We will have another charity event to raise money for the Harvesters, and part of that event will be the voting in of the next SpringCon name.
II. Upcoming Cons
A. See the main Guildletters page for mor info on various convention dates and locations.
B. GenCon and Origins are coming up. Lauri S. is going to be organizing people for it. If you’re interested, ask around on the list, and you’ll be pointed in the right direction. As a reminder, if you volunteer a certain number of hours as part of the Guild, you get a spot in a hotel room and a convention badge for free!
III. Guild Fun Time
A. We talked about paintball. We’re pretty much where we were in November: It has been talked about on the list. Kevin made preliminary inquiries into doing this as a guild event, and he discovered that it’s cheapest to splat each other with paint on week nights. If YOU would like to help the Guild set up this sure-to-be-fun-and-amusing event, please let Kevin know. He’ll point you in the right direction and let you know what HE has done already so that you can start further along than at the beginning.
IV. Other News
A. PayPal was mentioned as a way to have members pay for their dues. It was also brought up as a means to have people pre-pay for their convention fees. (There is a 74 cent fee involved in the membership transaction per member, but it should help the Guild in that we have a more automated way of allowing members to pay their dues!) More on this as news becomes available.

B. T-shirts are available for ShaunCon (XL and XXL available); Revenge of the Boxed Text shirts are available in M through XXL sizes. [Editor’s note: Someone please update my size listing by posting them to me or to the Yahoo! group that you can link to by clicking on THIS above. I seem to recall someone saying we’re out of a size for one of these shirts now.]
